To provide a partnership among juvenile detention centers that promotes effective programs to foster rehabilitation and reduce delinquency.

VDAPP is an organization comprised of Post-Dispositional coordinators, Treatment Program coordinators, CPP Case Managers, program therapists, and various other personnel that work in the JDC's. VDAPP meets quarterly to share information pertaining to standards and best practices for juveniles sentenced to Post Dispositional programs throughout the Commonwealth.
